Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: first and last name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), project type, budget range, timeline, and the message you write. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information through the Site.

If you accept our cookie banner, Google Analytics also collects standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level, from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is aggregated and is not linked to your name or contact form submissions.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and evaluate project fit
• Contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your submission
• Maintain a record of leads for our own business purposes

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are processed and stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States, including AWS DynamoDB (storage), AWS SES (email notifications to our team), and AWS SNS (SMS notifications to our team). Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. AWS acts as our infrastructure provider and does not independently use your information.

Your IP address is read at submission time solely to apply basic rate limiting (to prevent spam) and is not stored alongside your submission.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, for our business records. You can request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing info@horizonarray.com. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes rights under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, such as the right to know what we hold about you and the right to request deletion. We'll respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies & Analytics

We ask for your consent before loading anything that sets cookies. If you accept, we load Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to distinguish visitors and understand how the Site is used — for example, whether the pages people land on lead to a contact form submission. You can decline, and the Site will still work exactly the same. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Separately, the Site always loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address when your browser requests the font files — this happens regardless of your cookie choice and does not set a cookie.

We don't use any advertising pixels or ad-retargeting trackers on the Site. To change your analytics choice later, clear this Site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
